If you are not able to find the answer you can open a support ticket using the help link on the main menu of your TutorFirst database. If you are not a customer or do not have access to your database, please contact us using the following form, giving the following details:
1. What you are trying to do.
2. What you have done already to complete the task.
3. What you expected to happen and what actually did happen.
4. Include the Student and Tutor Name if applicable.
If you are not the administrator of your TutorFirst database many questions may be able to be answered by your employer.
